work out, work, sleep, repeat
i have been in a state of life improvement lately, starting with my health. i miss being as athletic as i had been so i decided to take matters into my own hands and radically alter my lifestyle to promte a healthier sandi.
i have decided that my halloween costume will consist of as minimal stretchy fabric as possible, something in the form of tomb raider-esqu, if not lara herself. so one of my reasons for my gym obsession lately is purely cosmetic. i am just as shallow as the rest of the girls.
but more realistically, i am so type A that my quest for excellence is not limited to career/financial arena. it's more of a curiousity of how finely tuned can i get my body. at what level can it perform. how smoking can it get (well, minus any surgical help. i don't need any bigger boobs!). i have inlisted the help of a very yummy trainer at the gym & have been religiously dating the elipital machine every day for a week and a half now. results? looser pants and a small but noticable improvement on stamina & endurance.
next step- a 10k. after that- public donning of said spandex outfit.
