misc pet peeve of mine
bad grammar! more importantly the misuse of words...specifically "your" vs "you're".
let me explain this to y'all out there. it's not hard, i promise. miss haney will give you a lesson.
YOUR- posessive, describing whos (subject) it is. ex: "it is YOUR mess on the floor." NOT "your hot."
YOU'RE- contraction. combining the words "you" and "are". ex. "you're really cool." NOT "is this you're car?".
these are easily confused, i know. but remember these subtle nuances of grammar and it can make the difference between bagging a high school graduate and a top-10 university girl.
